NeoNomad welcomes customers from various countries across the globe, embracing an international clientele. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater to individuals hailing from nations subject to international sanctions. Additionally, we are unable to extend our services to countries with stringent cryptocurrency regulations in place.

Regrettably, residents of the following countries cannot avail our services at this time as described in NeoNomad’s Terms of Use 

• In the regions of Africa and the Middle East, we are unable to provide our services to customers residing in Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Morocco, Qatar, Tunisia, Syria and Seychelles.
• For customers in Asia, our services are currently unavailable in Bangladesh, China, Crimea, Nepal, North Korea and Russia.
• In Europe, we regret to inform you that we cannot serve customers in the Donetsk People's Republic region and the Luhansk People's Republic region.
• In Oceania, our services are not accessible to residents of American Samoa, Fiji, Guam, Palau, Vanuatu and Samoa.
• In North America, we cannot accommodate customers from Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, Cuba, Dominica, Panama, and the Virgin Islands.
• Finally, in South America, we are unable to serve customers located in Trinidad and Tobago.
